How to fix my rover 75?

My car as fail an MOT, it says the nearside front lowersuspension arm as excessive play in pin / bush, what does this mean & what needs doing? Its a rover 75 2.0 v6

sounds like the wishbone bushes have worn,common fault,the wishbone needs replaced,if i were you i would get both replaced,its an easy job if you have the x hoist that garages have,but ,not if you only have a jack,
