aerox 50?

i am starting my bike up and when i pull the throttle back a little bit it back frie's and cuts out and also when i just lt it run on its on it just cut's out straigh away i would like to no how to fix it?

that was the same as my bike and i had to have the rollers change in the belt....after so many miles they go flat and need changing....hope this helps
