how to top up cerine level ,peugeot 807 54 reg?

hi all,is there a way i can top up my cerine levels in a peugeot 807 54 model,it only has 52k on the clock, so i'm a bit surprised it needs topping up yet, but warning message says..diesel additive minimum level.. peugeot offer to do this for £200

think this stuff is £25-£30 a litre and the tank maybe about 5 litres so £200 from a main dealer for this is about right,peugeot/citroen owners should think about these emission/DPF costs before purchasing
