iveco eurotech wont cranck, start?

my truck, iveco wont start, dash lights and all work, bat are good, and if i jump start it at starter there is no throtel at excel padel, just idle

its got a 16 speed ZF box, dont think it is that, did check it, but thanx anyway norb, any thing els please.

if it has a inhibitor / neutral switch on the gearbox check that ,veh may think its in gear
