Samsung J845 front loader will not drain water. I have cleaned the filter, pulled the hoses off and cleaned them even though they had no debris. The little propeller on the pump can spin, and I removed the pump to look at it but it looks really clean and free of debris. When I run the "Drain" program on an empty machine then the pump spins the propeller nicely (I witnessed it by doing this with the filter removed), but if I run the same drain program or any other program with water in the machine, the pump just rattles and does not drain the water. Thanks for your help.
to explain,the pump is an magnetic unit,when it runs dry it ok,but when load put on it,i.e.water,then the impeller jambs ,only way to fix is replace it,
