My Indesit IS70C drier won't run. When the start button is pressed, the motor just buzzes until you physically turn the drum by hand after removing the top and then it will work. When the motor stops to change direction, the drum needs to be turned by hand again to get it to work. The drive belt is fine.

starting cap on motor need replacement,white,round with 2 or 4 connection terminals with some info written on it
