Does the switch/pedal on the cab floor have a valve below it with a "Y" branch and 2 air pipes? On my 75E15 there is a valve dangling with two pipes and there is air leaking from it and there is just a hole in the floor where i guess the foot switch for the exhaust brake should be??

Any help would be much appreciated! Also gears are a bit stiff, and i believe this may because the telescopic linkage is bent - anyone know where i can get these at reasonable costs?
