Fixing My Vacuum Cleaner?

I have a Eureka Whirlwind 12 Amp bagless Vacuum with a True Hepa filter. The vacuum is Not picking up dirt from the Bottom by the Brush.But it will pick up through the Hose!. How can I fix it?
