Hi
Please can u help me remove a bra wire from a NEFF built in washing machine drum?
It's gone thru the filter holes into the outer section of the drum but it's rattling.
Can u click out the plastic filter inside?
Do you have to take out the rubber seal?
Please let me know.

you could try holding the front of the drum still wilst you pull the plastic strip towards you and then get some long nose pliers through the little hole once you"ve done that just clip the plastic back into place or you could dis-connect the washer tilt it back 45 degrees go under the washer unscrew the sump hose on the bottom of the tub and try getting the wire out that way
