When I boot up, I get an error message 'Sec master is not ATAPI compatible. Press F1 to proceed.' The system then loads windows but no longer accesses the DVD drive. How to I gain access to the drive? If I need to remove the keyboard, how do I do that? Are there any suggestions as to where the problem actually lies?
