How to fix Peugeot 206cc roof?

The roof on my car (Peugeot 206cc 2003) is broken. The roof itself goes up and down but the hood does not fold back however when you put the roof back up, the hood folds back down as normal - Any suggestions?

I'd suspect that one of the microswitches is not working. I assume that by hood you mean the boot lid?
