I own a lintex viron ht125t 25. it has done 3000 km. I have changed the gear oil and the engine oil every 1000 km. And the bike has been well looked after.

I was riding up the road and now there is a loud squeaking noise. And a kind of a crunching with quite alot of vibation. And now my peformance has drematicilly redused. It used to go 60mph and now it only does 35. please help!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks i will have a look today. If its not that do u have any other suggestions. Someone told me it may be the drive shaft. Does that sound like it could be the case.

I have no idea what a Lintex Viron looks like but I'v rode bikes for 40+ years,squeak,crunch,vibrate,loss of speed/power,sounds like your rear wheel is out of alingment,put it on the stand and see if the rear wheel rotates without rubbing on the frame/swingingarm.If the engine/wheel are all one unit(scooter style)check the engine bolts arn't adrift and the engine is bolted square in the frame.Good luck,keep biking.
