How can I stop water pouring out below the soap dispenser in Hotpoint WD62P?

When I start my Hotpoint Aquarius 1200 washer dryer WD62P, the water enters into the soap dispenser and some water goes into the drum and the some starts to flow out from below the soap dispenser. Can someone please help to identify what the problem may be and how to overcome it.
