How do I get the window winder off to then take off the car door panel.Doesn`t seem to budge and don`t want to damage door panel.

On the window winder at the centre point where it fits to the winder mechanism, remove the centre (circular) plastic cap (use a screwdriver or sharp knife to remove this), beneath which will be a cross head screw. Remove this screw and the winder will pull away from the winder mechanism. Hope this works.
