Re. our HEC 1050W machine (1 year old). Red light started to flicker & the door didn't open - we re-booted it, drained it - but now NONE of the cycles work - not even a spin: the drum just keeps going round-&-back, with no water flow into the drum - HELP please! Thank you!

try unplug it over night to power it down, and pluge it back in in the morning , it might reset itself,,
