I have a toshiba satalite A100 laptop when i turn it on it tells me that windows has encounted a problem and could not start properly and gives me a list of how to start it
safe mode
safe mode with networkin
start windows normally
etc
I have managed to get on the screen to start windows from last good working order etc
but none of these work
i think it needs rebooting to factory settings but i don't have the disc please help
