How to change outer tank kit on Ariston A1635?

I have an Ariston A1635 and need to change the outer tank kit. It is the rubber thing between the drum and the door. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

hi these machines are indesit inside and are very very difficult to change try an engineer but most times expensive because the drum has to be removed
