how can i fix my clutch 1996 ford transit 2.5 di?

cant change gear all of a sudden how do i fix this or adjust this do i need to bleed it

you cant bleed it,it has a cable with a self adjuster,later ones converted to a manual adjuster,the pawl and ratchet on the self adjuster were bad for wearing,if that is ok then you may have a clutch problem
