56reg.clio 1.5 dci trouble with boot. ?

Hi,i have a 56,reg dci clio when i press remote to open the tailgate it does'nt just unlock it ,it open's the tailgate.So every time i open the car the tailgate opens aswell,so before i can get in the car i have to close the tailgate. Front door's are working fine,can anyone please help!
