i have a hotpoint aquarius extra wma34, it fills up and washes, but wont spin at all. when on rinse and spin it just washes, and when i turn the dial to spin, it just carries on washing..please help i'm at my wits end!..four kids, 5 if you include my husband, so you can imagine my dilemma.

have you checked that theres nothing stuck in the pump.
