my machine wont take the conditioner at first it diluted it now wont take any i have cleaned the drawer cleaned the door and the valve at the bottom of machine it seems that the water is not getting to the drawer ??? what can i do to fix this ?

remove the whole soap draw and look up at the conveyor (bit with holes in at top).is it black and gunky blocking the water inlet hole?
