can you tell me if when i put a new fuel injection deisel pump on my isuzu?

when i put a new fuel injection deisel pump on my 2.5 04 plate isuzu pickup do i need to immobilize the pickup?if so how as it just keeps turning over and over and wont fire up

Normally the pump has to be re-coded to the engine ecu to stop the immobiliser from preventing the engine to start
