heater on boxer van not working ?

i have a boxer van just out of warrenty and heater has stopped working 12months ago had same fault to it to garage and told harness had been replaced any ideas to fault and how to remedy please

I assume that you mean heater blower fan. Bad connections to fan unit/ control unit / speed unit. Under warranty they would just change, just check and tighten connections.
