i need a new spindle to repair my jcb brushcutter. do you know where i can obtain this part from. had no luck so far.

I agree with answer, but if you look around and find something that fits lots of parts are inter-changeable.

In a nutshell you won't. No spares were ever make available for JCB garden care products. They were made under licence by ALBA (the people that used to make tv's) and are nothing to do with JCB at all- they simply purchased the rights to put the JCB name on a range of cheap chinese tat in the hope that some mug would buy it thinking it was a JCB product. Sorry.
