Caravan Fridge smell?

Caravan fridge has terrible smell we think coming from the freezer box,fridge is cleaned every time we use it tried Bicarbonate of soda ,soapy water,and fridge fresh nothing works it is like a fishy smell no fish been in it though.Confused!!!
