Can i replace the drum bearing in my AEG OKO Lavamat 1370 Tu ?

Hi,I have a AEG OKO Lavamat 1370 Turbo Sensortronic and it has become very noisy on the spin cycle. i have two questions (1) will it get worse and break? and (2) can i replace the bearing?
