Hey its Peter Baxter her I have a Sovereign Petrol Push Rotary Mower - 149.3cc and its not working It will not start and if it dis there is white smoke poring out and then it cuts out also were the oil goes I check it and the oil has gone black and that's about it i hope. Thanks
