how do i locate the tensioner on my picasso 2001?

i had to replace the powersteering pump but now i have a squeal while driving i have a new belt but cant locate the tensioner.

follow the belt round, the tensioner is an idler pulley, so will not have anything but its own support behind it, every thing else will be connected to something
