I want to ask you all if there is any solution to fix the above problem.

Actually the problem is that when i start the program cycle, it fills the washing drum but at the same time water comes out from the outlet pipe...so the drum never gets filled and the machine is not working until I put the drain pipe up to block the water drain.

Any solution friends?

on a top loader the drainage pipe needs to be mounted a lot higher due to the larger volume of water the machine will hold compared to a front loader machine
ie the hook bend of drainage pipe needs to be fixed higher than the top of the drum cabinet
