how can i fix my vax?

it sucks up as normal but the shampool does not come out the tube down to the head. Anybody know if it can be fixed please.

i also am having this problem and run all tubes under hot water yet still nothing coming through main tube. please help? really dont want to have to send it back :(

common fault is the nozzel in the soap tank gets blocked, pull out and run under hot water
