I have a phillips 37" tv model # 42pf9630a. I have a snowy picture on any channel. I was told it was a couple of buffers. Is this true? Do you happen to know the part numbers?
If you have a snowy picture on all channels check you earial cable is in properly, if it is, your aerial needs to be checked as you are getting a weak signal. If it's an old aerial, replace it.
