where does the hand held computer plug in?

my air bag warning light is on. when i took my 03 astra to my local garage the mechainc could not find the place to plug the computer in to.

The OBD port on the Mk4 Astra is located under the handbrake, lift up the little plate directly under the handbrake lever and you'll see it.

Can't believe a garage didn't know that.

it should be in the car fuse box yellow or blue multi plug facing you
