nissan micra year 1999 auto gear problem?

I have a Nissan Micra 1999 Automatic (N-CVT). The many times I have to pass the gear from D or Ds to R or P breaks down to N, and should force the gear to move the car.if car is turned off i dont have prolem to move the gear.can you give me any kind of help on it pleas.
