Can I replace the Waterpump in my Astra 1.4 1995 without cam belt removal ?

Garage say cam belt must be removed/replaced to refit water pump.....

The cam belt is what drives the water pump, so to replace the pump, the belt must come off. It's not a very big job really if your car is not a 16v model
