Where is the male connection for seat switch?

I have a craftsman riding mower MODEL 536.270321....a wire that is connected at one end to the seat switch has come lose.....it has a female connector on the other end...wire is about 2" long I can not find the male connector anywhere near this wire. Any ideas? mower will not start
