why am i getting only 11.68 volts from the feed wire to the coil and how do?

My nissan micra 1.2 k10 turns over but wont start im getting spark but its weak orange I changed coil, leads, plugs, dizzy cap, rotor arm, still same checked the feed wire from ignition and i am only getting 11.68 volts from the feed wire to the coil. The coil then reads the same 11.68 volts ive heard the coil needs 12volts for starting the car any help would be most appreciated thankyou.

How old is the battery? 5 years or more it may well need a new one.
