My indicators are fine for a few weeks maybe then they start indication left, right or both at will which is not good! If I keep the end of the indicator stalk pressed in while driving i can control it but there has to be a better solution - maybe a loose fuse? Help will be appreciated. A sharp thump on the stalk also helps sometimes.

It'll be the switch itself, known as a COMM 2000 unit.

Most people find themselves having to have a new one fitted but they are not cheap.
