The glow plug relays are below radio box cabinet. If you get your hand throught the left side of the console, next to the acelerator pedal, you can touch it. Dismount the radio console (3 screws), and you'll see it. There is a little metal clip that hold it. You can pull to the roof and get it on your hand.
