My clutch cable broke on my 96 Vectra?

My clutch cable broke on my 96 Vectra. Can it be replaced without taking the hydrolics out.

my vectra clutch just gave out too,after extensive googling it appears our 96 models dont have a cable at all as they are hydraulic.
