My Hoover washing machine 202m is not letting hot water in. What can I do? ?

My Hoover washing machine 202m is not letting hot water in. What can I do? It is also making a loud noise at the end of the cycle, possibly friction but I am not sure. Any ideas on what I can do to fix either?

Pick up the phone and call a service company. Needs someone there on site to listen to noise and do checks. Nobody can answer a question when they can't see what is happening.
