ho do i fix my hoover?

my hoover optima oph 616 washing machine is very noisy during high spin cycle and is breaking bits of the bottom concrete weight on the right side at the front of the machine

ur welcome and thanks for the reply put either glue or nail varnish on the threads of bolts to stop them coming loose again
