i need help and i can not afford to put it into a garage at the moment i have cleaned the carberator changed spark plugs and put in new battery air filter is clean and no difference there is no power just chugging along also it seems to spurting out fuel from exhaust can anyone help

On my clock i have a phone symboul with a red light and for some reson i get to 5000 revs the light flashes really bright and bougs out
