my hotpoint tumble dryer keeps blowing main fuse?

it comes fora bit then blows the fuse in main fuse conpartment

if its a condenser t/d loosen off the cover over the element at the back and see if water spills out, if so its spraying water off the fan onto the element due to issues with the pump
