how do I reset error code E-14 ?

have a new less than 1 year old, Electrolux tumble dryer T4650. it continuously flashes "error e-14"

the manual seis I can reset this code up to 3 times, however it does not indicate how to reset it.

May be if you just do what the manual says: Operate a program with heat and the heating indicator on. If that doesn't work I'd ask the dealer.
