hello mrs,c I would suspect such a repair wouldn't be cost effective .if replacement were to be obtainable it would only be from lexmark themselves.you could try emailing or telephoning them and inquire if such a part is obtainable.to be perfectly honest,I would suggest removing the ink cartrages and throwing the printer away.check out argos they have some nice ones.reasonable priced and are less complicated to use than your model.
