I have a Sanderson Teleloader TL7, it's been fitted with a JCB gearshift control on the steering column some time ago but the wiring doesn't seem to match even though the plug does. Swapping wires around and all gears (forward and reverse) can be engaged but not all at once. Anyone got either a TL7 manual or a TL7 shifter? Thanks guys
