there seems to be no power to the washing machine, however the fuse has not blown and the machine's switch checks out ok. Mains voltage is ascoss the switch but i don't know where the power goes from there. The machine does not appear to be displaying any type of fault code either. Please has anyone had this fault before. Thanks :)

Check the mains lead and the high voltage start capacitor.Follow the mains lead into the machine,the large capacitor is in series.If this cap dries up,then no power to the machine.Use your multimeter to check the cap for forward 240vac.
