how can i fix my 1ndesit 1100 wib 111 it wont spin water is sitting in mach?

indesit 11oo wib 111 water wont pump out drum not spinning .quickwash and door lock lights are both flashing .

only way to drain water is to put drain hose on floor with bucket to catch water,then remove drain pump and hose to look for blockage,if that clear you can attend to lights that i can only think is because of water not draining
