ive just bought a T reg r6 (19 k on the clock ) its been stood for about 12 monthss an was mint when parked up , when ive started it it rode mint but when i got back it was ratteling not continuesly just a every now an the some 1 as told me it could just be 1 ov the clutch plates mite have broken an shaken about some 1 else said it might just be the plates stook together can any 1 help b4 i strip it please cheers
Well if the previous owner has been slipping and dropping the clutch,then yes.Also the starter has a habit of not dissengaging if not used for a while.Could be a distorted clutch basket or bearing has just about had it.

Try changing the oil,.its not uncommon to have a little clutch noise, especially when bike is ideling.
