Unfortunately this is not totally fixable.
You can reduce the frequency that this happens.
1)
If you have not manually actioned a 'Default Setting'
since the last software update then do so.
Otherwise the occasionally odd error can occur plus the frequency of the partial resets can increase.
MENU > Installation (default password is '0000') > Default Setting.
Note that a manual Default Setting will also clear your channel list and this will need to be setup again as well as all the other settings.

Also make sure that you have the latest software version installed (1.00.26). Use MENU > System > Status to look up what your current version is.
